Well, we’re using the term “new” loosely. After all, how new can Bailey Ienuso be when she’s worked for Bead World for more than 8 years?! What IS new is her role as Assistant Creative Director! Bailey is learning all sorts of fun stuff about designing jewelry kits, editing product photos and creating coupons. And now she’s in the process of taking over this blog! That’s right, folks — we’re letting the crazy assistant run the asylum!
