Christmas Wine Charms - Mini Tutorial

These wine charms are sure to be the center talking point at your next Christmas party. This project is beginner-friendly and requires minimal tools, making it a great activity for crafting enthusiasts or a fun project. These wine glass charms also double as thoughtful handmade gifts for friends and loved ones, or my personal favorite - a white elephant gift.

Materials Needed:

• Size 8 Czech Seed Beads - Deck the Halls
• Gold Tone 30mm Hoop Earrings (total of 8)
• Enamel Christmas Charms or Charms of your choice, for this tutorial we used the Gold Plated Enamel 10x15mm Red Mitten Charm (8)
• Gold Plated 6mm 18 Gauge OPEN Jump Rings (8)

Tools Required:

Needle Nose Pliers (also known as chain nose)

Instructions on Construction:

1. Gather materials

2.Take your needle nose pliers and gently clasp the angled part of the wire.

3. Flatten edge enough so you can thread beads on

4. String on size 8 seed beads - you can thread them on in any pattern you like. I opted for a random pattern

5. Keep stringing on beads until you have reached the part of the wire you had to straighten

6. Bend the wire, just going past a 45 degree angle so the beads do not fall off

7. Open a jump ring and add your charm. Close jump ring.

8. Thread jump ring onto your beaded ring and close the beaded ring. Done!
