Spring 2019 Buying Trip Treats, Part 1!

Our buying team recently returned from our semiannual buying trip, and boy did we do some damage!! As always, we had tons of fun picking out amazing goodies to bring back for all of you. This year we couldn’t contain ourselves from all of the amazingness though…it was our biggest haul ever!! This means we have so many amazing new and noteworthy items in our stores right now. If you haven’t been in to our stores recently to check out the new goodies, you need to head over soon! In the meantime, I picked out some of my favorite treats to share with you:

.

Peruvian Opal – One of the most sought after color palettes in our store, this yummy mix of turquoises and neutrals was hard to resist!

.

High End Peruvian Opal Rondelles – If you like the feel of Peruvian Opals, but want more uniform color, check out our high end Peruvian Opal rondelles. Hurry in though, there are limited strands of this one.

.

Zamac Pendants – Tarnish resistant Zamac pendants have been such a hit that we expanded our selection during this buying trip.

.

Silicatite – A new gemstone for Bead World, Silicatite combines a high end luster with an everyday wearable dusty blue.

.

Matte Bronzite – Although these Matte Bronzite beads would be fantastic for anyone, I was instantly inspired to make men’s jewelry when I saw them. With so many amazing male beaders at our stores, we are always on the lookout for beads that we know our guys will love!

.

Hemimorphite – Another new gemstone at Bead World, Hemimorphite looks similar to high end Larimar, but is a little less intense and definitely less expensive.

.

Dendritic Agate – We were ecstatic to find Dendritic Agates in a range of colors. These would make a beautiful ombre design!

.

Tiny Gemstones – We also expanded our stunning selection of tiny gemstones. This display has been the feature at our Scottsdale store recently.

.

Moldavite – For anyone heavily into gemstone energy, Moldavite is a prized gemstone that is rarely seen in bead form. When we saw these Moldavite briolettes, we knew we had to have them!

.

Australian Moonstone, Dyed & Heat Treated – Perfect for colorful spring jewelry, the heat treatment on these Australian Moonstones secures the dye and allows you to wear genuine gemstones in durable, bright colors.

.

Colorful Opals – More amazing gemstones for spring – these colorful Opals are begging to be made into springtime jewelry. Some of these Opals are natural and some are dyed & heat treated.

.

Matte Onyx with a Straight Polished Line – I’m in love with the modern sleek straight line on these Matte Onyx beads!! They’ll add a modern edge to any jewelry design.

.

Honey Jade – Available in both matte & polished, I think these Honey Jade beads are going to be a hot color for this spring/summer!

.

Matte Aquamarine – The matte finish on these Aquamarine beads lend a cool, new twist on a favorite gemstone.

.

Do you have a favorite yet?? I have even more favorites that I couldn’t fit on this post, so stay tuned next month for part 2

Happy Beading!!
